One of the reasons that we love working in Bath is because we love the city’s exquisite Georgian architectural heritage. We are extremely cognisant of the fact that as satellite dish and aerial installers we have a responsibility not to mar that precious historic aspect, and certainly not to cause any damage to the many listed or period buildings that we work on.

We enjoy rising to the challenge, and even in the most difficult and demanding situations that the national installers won’t touch, we are always confident in finding a solution.
While we take great care to always site and position satellite dishes, cabling and aerials as discreetly as possible on any property for aesthetic reasons, when it comes to listed buildings (or in a conservation area) we have to follow the letter of the law and established “good practice” before we start work.
We Survey Your Property
The best thing to do if you live in a listed property and want to install Freesat or Sky, for example, is to contact us so that we can come and survey the property.
The main rule is that the equipment installed should not be visible on the exterior of the building. In the case of aerials this is not such a problem, because these can usually be put into lofts or roof space, out of sight. Satellite dishes, however, do not work inside, so we have to look for another solution.
If it is not possible to mount a satellite dish to your property there are some other options, like positioning it in the garden.
Just because you have the privilege of living in a listed building doesn’t mean you have to go without your favourite TV channels.
